Q: What is the Global Leaders in Consulting award?

A: Consulting Magazine’s international award is for consultants who display outstanding leadership qualities and capabilities and exert extraordinary influence in their firms, for their clients and over the entire consulting profession. The Global Leaders in Consulting are not only making a huge impact in the profession, for sure, but their initiative is exemplary and can be felt far and wide, in fact, it can be felt worldwide.

Q: When do the Global Leaders in Consulting nominations open?

A: Nominations will be open between July 28, 2022 and October 27, 2022.

Q: How are the Global Leaders in Consulting recognized?

A: The Global Leaders in Consulting are recognized in a few ways: One, with an editorial feature showcasing achievements of each honoree. Two, honorees are recognized at a celebratory in-person awards on February 16, 2023 and various package options are available to help publicize their success. Three, highlighted on Consulting Magazine's LinkedIn page.

Q: What does the editorial judging committee look for in a nomination?

A: Without getting into specifics, the committee is always impressed by measurable metrics and quantifiable results. Specifics are important. That means a cost savings and revenue generation isn’t nearly as memorable as a generated $50 million in revenue for a client or saved the client $15 million for example.

Q: Can we nominate the same person from multiple accounts?

A: No, only one submission will be read per nominee.

Q: How strict are the word limits found in the nomination form?

A: Pretty strict, although slightly over is OK. However, the limits are there for a reason and going way over the limits won't help your nominee's chances. Be concise and to the point as much as possible. Many of our recognition awards generate between 300 and 500 nominations, so make your nomination stand out.

Q: Is it for U.S and U.K.-based consultants only?

A: No, the Global Leaders in Consulting is, as the name implies, a global award. We will have winners worldwide, but we do expect you to attend the awards ceremony in London if selected as an honoree.

Q: Is there a cost to nominate?

A: No.

Q: When will the profiles for individual winners be live on Consulting Magazine website?

A: The profiles will be live on Thursday February 16, 2023.

A: Should you or your firm be listed for an award, there is an expectation that a representative will attend the awards ceremony to accept a trophy as part of the proceedings.
