Excellence in Client Service

Entry content elements should: List and substantiate examples of client service actions, relationship practices, or innovation in working with and/or serving clients. Provide demonstrative examples and substantiate how those practices/activities improved or changed client relationships and client/firm success.

Excellence in Leadership

Entry content elements should: Provide substantiation of the candidates’ demonstrated “above-and-beyond” leadership across multiple categories, disciplines and/or offices, including examples of the nominee’s record as a superior leader, administrator, influencer, innovator and mentor among peers, co-workers and clients. Nominee should also provide corroboration of actions and activities relative to diversity, equity and inclusion efforts relating to workplace, clients and civic responsibility.

DEI Champion

Entry content elements should: Describe and substantiate examples of individuals’ commitment to projects, policies, training, awareness, and change related to matters of diversity, equity, fairness and inclusion. Must demonstrate championing of activities, actions, and prove successful leadership and mentorship of DEI-related initiatives.

Mentor of the Year

Entry content elements should: Describe and substantiate examples of individuals’ commitment to mentoring in the workplace and/or community. Mentoring can include one-on-one, distance learning, or group mentoring. Please provide information on successes and benefits to the company and/or mentored individuals and groups.

Lifetime Achievement

Entry content elements should: Describe the individual’s lifetime accomplishments and contributions to the consulting profession and show that they have had a significant impact on the success of their firms, clients, coworkers and communities. Substantiate activity in furthering industry standards, practices, education and social responsibility.

Women Leaders in Technology Consulting

Entry content elements should: Identify and substantiate those women in the consulting industry whose achievements are contributing to game-changing practices, raising standards, innovation in client service and leadership in and around the tech sector. Provide demonstrative examples and describe significant impact on the success of their work, firm, clients, co-workers and communities.

AI Innovator

Entry content elements should: Provide description of candidates’ unique or innovative development, adaptation or application of AI technology solutions applied to address client or industry issues/needs. This can include unique coding and development of AI technology/software, or assembly and arrangement of existing technology/software, for the betterment of the industry, sector, client, employees, communities or overall firm success. Clearly define the problem addressed and proposed solution, **including privacy and security protections/guidelines related to AI use.** Substantiate the concept, development, execution and results.
