A. Firms are ranked by their rate of revenue growth between 2015 and 2018.Q. How is the growth calculated?
A. The equation for growth percentage is:
[(2018 revenue - 2015 revenue) / 2015 revenue] x 100 = total growth percentage

Q. How are companies ranked on Consulting magazine's Fastest Growing Firms?
A. Firms are ranked according to the percentage growth of their annual revenue over a 36-month period (from December 2015 to December 2018).
Q. Is there a fee to apply for Consulting magazine's Fastest Growing Firms?
A. Yes. The fee is $699.
Q. Does Consulting Magazine require me to document the revenue figures I supply in my application?
A. Yes. To ensure the integrity and credibility of the list, we ask that all applicants certify their revenue by checking the box on the "Firm Size, Revenue and Verification" page of the application. Should there be any additional questions to verify growth rates, you may be asked to submit additional documentation, such as a CPA letter or corporate tax return.
Q. My firm represents other companies for matters like this. May I apply on their behalf?
A. Absolutely.
Q. How will winners be notified?
A. We will begin to notify winners in the late Summer/Early Fall after the nomination period closes (August 2, 2019). We will notify all firms who have made the list in advance of public recognition, but, will not disclose their respective ranking until the Awards Gala. Firms will be recognized this Fall at our Fastest Growing Firms Awards Gala. They will also be ranked online at consultingmag.com and featured in the November issue of Consulting Magazine. Consulting Magazine and ALM will also publicize and distribute the list to media channels throughout the country.
Q. What information will be published if my company is one of Consulting Magazine's Fastest Growing Firms?
A. Your firm will be featured editorially in the November Issue of Consulting Magazine. Additionally, we will feature your firm in the 2019 rankings on Consultingmag.com where we will publish a (brief) profile of your company along with your firm's website, social media, ranking, 3-year growth rate, firm size and location.
Q. Right now, I'm not sure whether I want my company to be included in Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms. Can I apply now and withdraw my application later?
A. We allow applicants to withdraw from the ranking any time before the August 2, 2019 deadline. Unfortunately, your application fee is non-refundable.Solely in connection with the project currently entitled “Consulting’s Fastest Growing Firms” (the “Project”), [participating entrant] (the “Firm”) hereby authorizes ALM to reproduce, distribute, exhibit and otherwise use or authorize the use of any data and/or information submitted by Firm for the Project (the “Data”), or any portion thereof, an unlimited number of times in perpetuity, for educational and/or commercial purposes, at any time or in any format, print or electronic media, or in any other media now known or later developed.
