Karen Werger, CPA, CA, CBV, is a Board Member and the Legal Executive Program Co-Leader at Deloitte Canada, where she drives transformation across the legal sector and guides clients through complex financial, reputational, and regulatory challenges. Globally, she leads Deloitte Consulting’s People and Purpose initiatives.
