Terra Davis is responsible for answering to the clients of one of the nation’s largest law firms. In her role, she supports the firm in advancing its client-focused diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy by deepening its client relationships around common goals and initiatives with diversity, equity, and inclusion. Terra develops and sustains inclusive client management practices to meet the firm’s clients’ needs in ensuring a diverse and inclusive legal team on matters. 

She is also a member of the firm’s Racial Equity Council, a group of attorneys and business services personnel with a mission to improve the experience of Black personnel and to support racial equity throughout the firm.

Outside of Norton Rose Fulbright, she is the co-chair of the Legal Marketing Association’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Shared Interest Group.  When she is not working with LMA she is leading the Howard University Alumni Association Dallas/Fort Worth Club as its president and spending quality time with her husband and one-year-old daughter. She is passionate about DEI, serving marginalized communities, and pushing the needle forward for change.
