Named one of the “Top Power Players in Consulting” by Business Insider, Soren has consulted to over 30 of the Fortune 1000 including Disney, Visa, Colgate-Palmolive, Kimberly-Clark, Medtronic and many others. He has partnered with and consulted to top consulting firms including KPMG, PwC, Mercer, and Accenture. He formerly led the internal strategy and change management consulting group at Hewlett-Packard in Silicon Valley.

He has been recognized by the Thinkers50 as one of the world’s top experts in strategy and innovation. He has written extensively on how technology is disrupting the consulting industry through his columns in Harvard Business Review, Inc. Magazine, Psychology Today, and Fast Company. And he has delivered executive education programs through his affiliations at USC, Copenhagen Business School, Melbourne Business School, and others. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and possesses dual US and French citizenship.
