Erika Flowers is a Managing Director and Partner at Profitable Ideas Exchange (PIE), where she leads a team of 30+ consultants who deliver business development and client engagement programs for professional services firms including AWS, KPMG, IBM, Accenture, Capgemini, and BCG, among others. She also facilitates peer-to-peer interactions with lead independent directors in the F100. In addition to her role managing client relationships and operations, Erika also leads PIE’s ESG department and hiring efforts. Erika was part of the editing and research team for Never Say Sell, a guide to cross-selling for professional services firms published through Wiley and is the author of a forthcoming book on scaling the business development maturity curve to build a world-class sales engine. She holds a degree in Geography and pre-health from Dartmouth College, is former editor-at-large for Cross-Country Skiing Magazine, and currently runs professionally for The North Face trail team.
