Sarah Pomeranz
Chief Executive Officer, Consultants for Impact
Sarah Pomeranz is dedicated to helping professionals maximize their social impact. Originally from Boston, Sarah has been at the helm of Consultants for Impact since 2022. Previously, she worked as a strategy consultant at Accenture, where she founded an employee resource group promoting high-impact, evidence-based career and donation strategies.
A summa cum laude graduate of Rutgers University and an Honors College Scholar, Sarah earned a BS in global business, entrepreneurship and social justice. While in college, she co-founded Sulis, a social venture developing solar-powered water purification technology for communities in India. She led Sulis to the finals of the $1 million Hult Prize Accelerator and was recognized as one of Entrepreneur Organization’s Top 3 American Student Entrepreneurs (2019).
Sarah has pledged to donate 10% of her lifetime earnings to highly effective charities and is deeply committed to using business for social change. She serves on multiple nonprofit boards, has spoken on four continents, and delivered a TEDx Talk, “How Not to Ruin the World with Your Good Intentions.” She frequently advises professionals on career strategy, philanthropy and mission-aligned work, helping them apply their skills where they matter most.
