Marissa's track record of strengthening Net Revenue Retention, empowering enterprise customers to thrive through major organizational changes, and instilling trust with enterprise customers position her to lead through the wave of AI change we are living through today.

She brings more than a decade of experience leading enterprise-scale customer success and change management at Salesforce, Zendrive, Betterworks, Bluewolf, an IBM Company, and as Founder of Anchor CX, where she specialized in rescuing at-risk accounts and helping enterprises navigate complex transformations. At Salesforce, she lead the Customer Success organization that served Amazon, a $300 million contract renewal.
