John Norkus is a senior pricing and commercial strategy advisor and the founder of ChiefPricingOfficer.com, a community for executive pricing leaders. He previously served as a Senior Partner at Deloitte and as Chief Pricing Officer at KPMG, where he led firmwide pricing strategy and commercial transformation initiatives.

John has advised Fortune 500 and private equity–backed companies on growth and value creation. He is the author of Inside Management Consulting and a recipient of Consulting Magazine’s Top 25 Consultant Award. He previously spoke at the Rising Stars event in 2024.
