Chief Talent Officer, Deloitte
Stephani is Deloitte’s chief talent officer and oversees the talent experience that engages more than 100,000 Deloitte professionals. She has broad responsibility for areas including partner matters, acquisition, learning and development, inclusion, total rewards, performance management, talent operations, and alumni relations. She also is a member of the US Executive Committee, US Management Committee, Deloitte Foundation Board, and Board Director of Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited. Previously, Stephani served as national managing director of Talent and Partner Matters for Deloitte Consulting LLP where she spearheaded complex transformations that brought innovative processes and new technologies to Deloitte’s professionals.  In her more than 25 years with Deloitte, Stephani has earned a national reputation for delivering valued ideas and high-quality services for clients across policy, program, people, and technology.
