Daniel Pellegrom is Director of ESG at Leidos. He joined the company in April 2022 and leads a diverse and talented team with wide ranging responsibilities across the enterprise. This ESG and Corporate Responsibility team tracks and reports progress towards the Next Level Leidos ESG goals, leads the company’s overall sustainability reporting, develops corporate giving strategies, facilitates community partnerships, and identifies employee engagement opportunities.

He has spent his career in a variety of ESG and sustainability roles including at PepsiCo, the Sustainable Forestry Initiative, and several public affairs agencies. He started his career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ghana and has an MBA and MA in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University.
