Audra Nichols joined MBO Partners in January 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer.
Most recently, Nichols served as Executive Vice President for UnitedLex, where she was responsible for shaping the legal services transformation business for growth, scale and profitability through operational excellence and developing the firm’s legal solutions to realize optimal client impact.
A PwC and Arthur Anderson LLP alum, Nichols has 25 years of professional services experience leading large-scale transformational change efforts, building high performing teams, and leading the operations through innovative practices to realize long term impact. She is a proven senior leader dedicated to achieving measurable business results for growth and market differentiation in the US and globally. Nichols masterfully does the crosswalk from strategy development to operational execution. Throughout her career she has been selected to solve the most pressing business issues and stand-up strategic business functions to drive growth and sustainable business results. A sought-after and experienced champion of working cross-culturally, in every role she brings the ability to influence behavior change, gain alignment, and realize financial outcomes.
Additionally, Nichols has served as founding member and chairperson of The Conference Board's Globalization Leadership Council, was on TCB’s Advancing Women in Leadership Council, and has been a recognized public speaker on global strategic sourcing, global delivery, and leadership. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Corporate & Organizational Communications from Ithaca College, where she attended the Ithaca College London Centre.
