Bill Gallagher is the Chief Executive Officer of SEI (Systems Evolution Inc.), a national management consulting firm known for delivering innovative solutions, practical insights, and measurable results for more than 30 years. With over 25 years of experience in the business and technology consulting space, Bill has worked alongside Fortune 1000 companies to solve complex challenges and drive transformation.

Since joining SEI nearly two decades ago, Bill has held several key leadership roles—including consultant, managing director and now CEO—where he has helped shape the firm’s growth, culture and long-term strategy. His background spans both global consultancies such as Arthur Andersen and KPMG, as well as boutique firms, giving him a unique perspective on what it takes to build strong client relationships and resilient teams in a constantly evolving industry.

A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Bill brings a mission-first mindset and a servant leadership approach to SEI. He’s deeply committed to fostering a people-first culture where every employee is empowered to lead, grow, and contribute to the firm's collective success. Bill is a graduate of the University of Georgia and co-authored the best-selling book “Empathetic Leadership” with renowned author and negotiation expert Chris Voss. The book explores the power of emotional intelligence in leadership and offers actionable strategies for building trust and influence.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys quality time with his family, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, offshore fishing, traveling to new places, or staying active in the gym.
